Marion's
Cottage is
completely furnished including towels, linens, cookware,
kitchen utensils, and dinnerware. It has
all the amenities of a home. Also included
in the monthly rent are:
- One
off-street parking space
- House
cleaning service once a month
- In-house
laundry facilities (washer and dryer)
- Internet
service
- Cable
TV (tenant is responsible for any pay-per-view
movies ordered)
- No
additional charge for utilities (water, gas,
and electricity)
The
tenant is responsible for providing his/her own telephone
service and a computer to connect to the Internet. A
simple Rental Agreement is required at the time of occupancy.

SMOKING is permitted in the Cottage or on the surrounding
grounds. Tenants are not allowed to have pets and
no pets are allowed on the premises.
